The cabin is approximately 70 sqm and includes a newly renovated section completed in summer 2022. This extension features a spacious modern bathroom, a large entrance hall with wardrobes and ample storage for clothes and shoes, and 3 comfortable bedrooms: Two with high-quality 1.50 m double bed, and the third with a 120 + 75 bunk. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink with vanity unit and underfloor heating.

The cabin also offers an open-plan living room and kitchen and a separate utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. All necessary kitchen equipment is provided, making the cabin well suited for both shorter and longer stays.

Bueskjær is truly unique in its setting. The cabin is located alone on a small headland, just a few meters from the sea, with no close neighbours and no passing traffic, camper vans, or visible tourism.

Here, you can truly feel alone and at one with nature, surrounded by silence, sea, and open landscapes. The views stretch toward Vestvågøy’s highest mountain, Himmeltinden, rising dramatically in the background.

Rich birdlife is present year-round, and sea eagles are frequent visitors. Despite its secluded feel, the cabin is centrally located in Lofoten, with easy access to everything the region has to offer. A local grocery store is only a few minutes away, near the Viking Museum. Leknes town center is about 15 minutes to the west, while Svolvær and Henningsvær are roughly 50 km away. Unstad, one of the world’s most spectacular surf beaches, is just around the corner and offers surfing under both the midnight sun and the northern lights, as well as cozy cafés serving local products.

The area offers numerous hiking routes, beautiful beaches, and opportunities for nature-based experiences. This is a rare opportunity for deep relaxation, nature immersion, and authentic Lofoten experiences.
